Are the characters real people?
No. Characters, conversations and stories are generated by AI and may contain errors. They are for entertainment and creative use, not a substitute for professional advice or real relationships. Weiyang is for adults aged 18 or older.
How do I manage or delete memories?
Open the memory book from a conversation’s menu or your profile. You can review, edit, pin or delete memories, or pause personalized memory.
How do I restore purchases or cancel a subscription?
Restore purchases from the membership page using the Apple account that made the purchase. To cancel renewal, open iPhone Settings → your Apple account → Subscriptions, then select Weiyang. Access during the current paid period follows the store’s rules.
How do I delete my account?
Request account deletion in the app’s account settings. Your account is disabled immediately and private content enters the cleanup process. Deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage it separately. If you cannot sign in, email us below.
Are my custom character covers uploaded?
Personal character covers stay on your device and are not uploaded to Weiyang servers by this feature. Changing devices or removing the app may remove local covers. Device backups follow your system settings.
